25 Ways to Make Your Day Better


If you’re needing some ideas of things to do to make your “okay” day a great one, here is a list of 25 ideas I put together. Do one or do them all, it’s completely up to you (and how much time you have)!

  1. Write a poem (Don’t worry no one has to read it, unless you want them too!).
  2. Take a bubble bath.
  3. Bake something.
  4. Read blogs!
  5. Listen to some of your favorite music.
  6. Put on makeup and try something different (Yes, even if you aren’t planning on going out, lol).
  7. Watch one or more of your favorite movies (the funnier the better!).
  8. Workout.
  9. Pray.
  10. Read some Bible verses.
  11. Go for a walk.
  12. Find a DIY project to do.
  13. Make a list of things you are thankful for.
  14. Go through old photographs.
  15. Sing (studies have shown that people who sing are happier than those who don’t).
  16. Take photographs of random things.
  17. Make some art.
  18. Write in a journal.
  19. Take a nap.
  20. Smile at someone.
  21. Build a puzzle.
  22. Dance!
  23. Let sunlight in. Open up your curtains and blinds so natural light can fill your home.

  25. Read a Book.
